We're working round the clock at the moment to get your orders dispatched and in your hands, and we love every second of it. We wish we could do it sooner, but our lasers can only go so fast! Maybe I can talk Kallie into letting me buy another...?

Please accept our apologies about the delays of your purchases - we've had so  many orders recently that we're running to catch up! We've assembled a timetable of when we expect to get orders dispatched, which you will find below; 

FURTHER UPDATES! 

As of 14th October, we have caught up to order 2150 - about 50 behind what we were expecting. So we've updated the delivery schedule; 
Order Numbers 2151 to 2200 - your orders will be dispatched by late next week (21st)
Order numbers 2201 to 2275 - your orders will be dispatched by week ending 28th October

Orders 2276 - 2350 - your orders will be dispatched by the 4th November. We also aim to be caught up by this point.   

If you've purchased any NeoCity stuff, that will be dispatched between the 17th and 22nd of October.

We should be back up to speed by the 5th November - once again, our apologies for the delay; we'll be working hard to make sure we get your goods to you as soon as we can! 

But what about the fun stuff? 

Well, we do have some new releases for our current lines and a brand new line of tokens coming soon, and we have our Halloween Holiday Sale (because we absolutely love Halloween). We also have some pretty awesome things happening at the end of November, but we can't tell you about that yet!
