Shipping & Returns
Please be aware that we are about to make some big changes to our postal structure. These changes take effect on the 21st of February 2022. It won't affect orders, but it is worth having a look;
All international orders will now be sent tracked. This will not affect the cost of our shipping in most cases, but may make a difference to some.
We now have two collection days! Our collections will be taken on Tuesdays and Thursdays (not only Thursdays as before). This means that orders placed 48 hours before those days should go out on those days (with the exception of MDF which can take longer to cut).
All shipping rates are weight based. To get an accurate rate for your order, please put items into your cart and check the prices at the checkout.
International items over 2kg are sent via courier and tracking numbers are provided. If you would like this service on a lighter order, please email us at email@example.com

Please note that customer telephone numbers are now required for orders - we cannot ship international orders without them.

Please be aware that due to utterly unreliable shipping routes resulting in numerous failed deliveries, we have no choice to but stop exporting items to the central and South Americas, and many parts of Africa. If you are from these locations and wish to purchase products from us, please email us to arrange courier for your order.
If you are purchasing goods from a country outside of the UK you may be liable for import, duty, or tax charges, depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We remove UK taxes at the checkout to prevent you being charged twice for taxes.
Please also be aware that due to sweeping changes in the way domestic and international authorities are handling packages leaving the UK, there may well be a delay on international packages to any international location. We have no control over this at the moment as it is a temporary side effect of the UK leaving the EU and the impact of the global pandemic on all supply lines.
Dispatch and Shipping!
At the moment we can only dispatch orders once per week, which is usually on a Thursday. We are hoping that this will change in the next few weeks as the UK lockdown eases. Please bear with us when making your order.
We make to order all of our product, which usually takes about a week to complete. At the moment our mail collections aren't regular due to the pandemic, but we are working our hardest to mitigate delays as much as possible.
If there's a big wave of demand, like there often is during a sale, or a big new release, then this can slow down - just check here for any news. Otherwise, the chart below will give you a rough time line from when your order is dispatched, to when it hits your door!
UK - 2-5 days
EU - 5 -10 days
Rest of the World - 15 days
We do ask that you accommodate a lead time of about 3-5 days for orders placed, and if you need an item sooner than that, please email us so that we can make arrangements.
Please bear these times in mind when making your order!
If we haven't despatched your order, then you can cancel it with us, and will usually be refunded the same day. If we've despatched your order, we'll need it returned to us, and upon receipt, as long as the goods are in good condition, we will refund your order.
Please note, any tokens that have had any of the protective covers removed, and any terrain partially assembled will not be refunded.
All refund requests need to be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org - in order for us to quickly respond, please put your order number and REFUND in the email title so that we can instantly respond if needs be. All returns need to be sent to;Art of War Studios
Faults with Orders;
If there is a problem or fault with your order, please email us with your order number, a description of the fault, and images, if possible. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution, be it a replacement, a repair, or a refund.
