Shipping Rates

All shipping rates are weight based. To get an accurate rate for your order, please put items into your cart and check the prices at the checkout. 

All international shipments are sent tracked as standard - you will receive your tracking number when we dispatch your order. UK domestic orders can be upgraded to tracked at the checkout. Please note that tracked orders aren't manufactured quicker. They are simply tracked during delivery. 

We have free shipping available (option will be provided at checkout) for the following destinations at the following order amounts:

Please note that customer telephone numbers are now required for orders - we cannot ship international orders without them. 

UK Domestic

Free Shipping on orders over £40. 

EU Rate Zone 1 (France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Republic of Ireland)

Free Shipping on orders over £75

EU Rate Zone 2 (All other EU destinations)

Free Shipping on orders over £100

US Rate

Free Shipping on orders over £250

ROW Rate

I'm afraid we can't offer free shipping to these destinations. 

Please be aware that due to utterly unreliable shipping routes resulting in numerous failed deliveries, we have no choice to but stop exporting items to the central and South Americas, and many parts of Africa. If you are from these locations and wish to purchase products from us, please email us to arrange courier for your order. 

Import Charges

If you are purchasing goods from a country outside of the UK you may be liable for import, duty, or tax charges, depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are working to change this so that we can take taxes at our checkout, but this takes time and is rather difficult to set up for a small company like ours. 

Please also be aware that there are still supply line issues from the combined impact of the pandemic and brexit. This can considerably slow the arrival of some international orders. Please bear this in mind when you order from us. 

Dispatch and Shipping!

We have two collection days, Tuesday and Thursday. If you've placed an order 48 hours before either collection day then your order should go out on that day. So Friday orders should go out on Tuesday and Tuesday's orders should go out on Thursday. 

We make to order all of our product, which usually takes about a week to complete. At the moment our mail collections aren't regular due to the pandemic, but we are working our hardest to mitigate delays as much as possible.

If there's a big wave of demand, like there often is during a sale, or a big new release, then this can slow down - just check here for any news. Otherwise, the chart below will give you a rough time line from when your order is dispatched, to when it hits your door!

UK - 2-5 days

EU - 5 -10 days

Rest of the World - 15 days

We do ask that you accommodate a lead time of about 3-5 days for orders placed, and if you need an item sooner than that, please email us so that we can make arrangements. 

Please bear these times in mind when making your order! 

Cancelling/Returning Orders: 

If we haven't despatched your order, then you can cancel it with us, and will usually be refunded the same day. If we've despatched your order, we'll need it returned to us, and upon receipt, as long as the goods are in good condition, we will refund your order. 

Please note, any tokens that have had any of the protective covers removed, and any terrain partially assembled will not be refunded. 

All refund requests need to be made in writing to enquiries@artofwarstudios.co.uk - in order for us to quickly respond, please put your order number and REFUND in the email title so that we can instantly respond if needs be. All returns need to be sent to;

    Faults with Orders;

    If there is a problem or fault with your order, please email us with your order number, a description of the fault, and images, if possible. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution, be it a replacement, a repair, or a refund. 

    Orders that haven't arrived; 

    We use Royal Mail for our shipping services, and they don't class a domestic package as lost until 15 days after it has been posted (it is similar for overseas customers, but we recommend 30 days). If your package is late, please contact us; we can then look into it at our end, and if needs be get another order made and sent to you. As usual, email us and we'll get back to you as soon as we can!
