Shipping Rates

UK Domestic

Postage is a flat rate of £5.99, with free shipping on orders over £40, regardless of weight.

EU Rate

Postage is weight based, starting at £8.99, with free shipping on orders over £100. Your cart will automatically determine the shipping cost once you reach the checkout. This service is tracked as standard.

ROW 1 (All countries not including the US)

Postage is weight based, starting at £11.99. Your cart will automatically determine the shipping cost once you reach the checkout. This service is tracked as standard.

 

ROW 3 (the US)

Postage is weight based, starting at £8.99, with free shipping on orders over £250. Your cart will automatically determine the shipping cost once you reach the checkout. This service is tracked as standard.

International orders over 2kg are sent via courier service - if you want your order to be tracked, please supply a working email address and telephone number. 

We are working on securing a tracked service for all shipments. 

Dispatch and Shipping!

Most of our products are in stock, but occasionally we do have to make some components to order. In addition, our mail collections happen on a Monday and a Wednesday, so orders made outside of these times will not be despatched until then. 

If there's a big wave of demand, like there often is during a sale, or a big new release, then this can slow down - just check here for any news. Otherwise, the chart below will give you a rough time line from when you order, to when it hits your door!

UK - 5 days

EU - 10 days

Rest of the World - 15 days

We do ask that you accommodate a lead time of about 3-5 days for orders placed, and if you need an item sooner than that, please email us so that we can make arrangements. Please be aware that MDF items take longer to process, particularly larger sets.
